Alan Baxter

Alan Baxter, CPA, CFP, founded the firm in 1984.  He earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Youngstown State University, worked as a teacher and school administrator in Trumbull County, then embarked on his career in tax and financial services.  He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, a Member of the Ohio Society of CPAs and holds his Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.  He is also an Investment Advisory Representative.  He has funded an endowed scholarship at YSU and is a member of its President's Council.  He resides in Canfield with his wife Sandra; they have two children and six grandchildren.
